Meet the Team

Hello, my name is Ashley and I am the Office Manager. I joined the practice in 2007. You will see me at community and networking events throughout the year. Continuing education courses and lectures are extremely important and valuable to me as I love expanding my knowledge. Interacting with children and their parents are a fun part of my day, especially when they leave happy. I’m a member of the American Association of Dental Office Managers (AADOM) and the Professional Women of Putnam. I am currently fulfilling requirements to become a fellow of the AADOM. Outside of the office, I am usually running, working out or spending time with my family, friends and 4 year old boxer, Junior.

Hi, my name is Shari and I’m the financial coordinator. I have been in the field for 13 years and joined the team in 2007. I prepare your child’s treatment plan and assist parents with understanding insurance benefits and financial options. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my 3 year old son, Simon.

Hello, my name is Taneshia and I’m a Certified Dental Assistant. My assisting career began in general dentistry in 1997 before finding a new passion in pediatric dentistry. I had the pleasure of joining the practice in 2001. I enjoy working with children and being part of a team that delivers smiles, education and a better quality of life. On a personal level, I am happily married to my husband Joel, and have two children, Dominique and Isaiah. I enjoy shopping and spending time with family and friends, and most of all practicing my religion.

 Hello, my name is Sheila. I’m a Certified Dental Assistant and have been in the field since 1999. I received a certificate from Great Lakes Orthodontic Lab for advanced appliance fabrication and soldering. My primary goal is making the dental experience fun and rewarding for children. I think it is important to focus on cavity prevention and education for good oral health habits. I am a member of the American Dental Assistant Association (ADAA). I enjoy attending continuing education courses and lectures and I am currently fulfilling requirements to earn fellowship in the ADAA. When I’m not assisting, I enjoy spending time with my husband, animals, as well as being outdoors

Hi, my name is Rose and I’m a dental assistant. I joined the group in 2005 and it has been a wonderful place to grow, learn and meet new people. I enjoy seeing our patients as they have become our extended family. I have four children of my own and know the concerns of a parent when it comes to your child’s teeth. You will see me at local events promoting dental health. In my spare time I enjoy cooking, cleaning, and making floral arrangements.

Hello, my name is Alison. I am a Registered Dental Hygienist. I have been in the field for 26 years. I proudly served as Vice President and Program Chair for the Westchester Dental Hygienists’ Association. I am a Girl Scout leader and Girl Scout Silver Award Project Advisor andMentor. I am active on school committees and in the community. My goal as a health professional is to keep educating children and adults in all aspects of their health care.

Hello, my name is Shinera. I am a Registered Dental Hygienist as well as the Hygiene Coordinator. I enjoy promoting positive feelings about oral health care and the reward of knowing that I am helping children. The kids keep me laughing and smiling all day! I am continuously learning about new oral health products to benefit our children. You will see me at community fairs and events throughout the year. I am an active member of the ADHA, WDHA and the Professional Women of Putnam.

Hello, my name is Dianne. I am a Registered Dental Hygienist and have been in the field since 1992. I am originally from the islands of Trinidad & Tobago. I joined the team in 2008. My passion is working with kids to teach them to make healthy decisions. I am an active member of the community and you will see me at schools and local events teaching your children about dental health. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my husband, two children and Shih tzu,Cocoa.
